We want you to have the exact right fit. You have 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery to request an exchange or return for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Item Condition Requirements
- Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original leather tags attached.
- Denim must not have been pre-soaked, tailored, or hemmed.
- Footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces with zero outsole scuffs.
Initiating an Exchange
Email our workshop team at info@canyonloom.shop with your Order ID (e.g. CL-84920) and desired replacement size. We will provide a pre-paid printable return shipping label.
